Total delivery time is made up of processing time and shipping time.
Processing Time:
We typically take 2–5 business days to prepare your products before shipping. However, some items may take 7–10 business days to process due to stock availability limitations.
Pre-Sale Items:
For items listed for pre-sale, please refer to the shipping date specified on the individual product page.
Shipping Time:
We only provide Standard Shipping to United States and other countries. Express Shipping and Next-Day Shipping are unavailable. Orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Our system will send you an email notification once your parcel has been dispatched.
We strive to ship all items in an order together whenever possible. However, we may choose to split your order into multiple packages to ensure that you get your items faster. In such cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. Rest assured that even if we send your order in multiple packages, you will not be charged more than the shipping cost you were given during checkout.
If you encounter any issues with your package(s), please contact us within 30 days of making your purchase. We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. Please note that requests made after the allotted time frame may not be accommodated.
