Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return
-All Purchases (except swimwear, underwear, panties, bikinis, dirndls, and bras) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
2. Purchase Not Eligible for Return
-Swimwear, underwear, panties, and bras, cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
-We do not accept any request for exchange & return once the "specials" are sold.
You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online. Please contact us.
Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service to submit a product change request. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
3. Kind reminder before returning
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Please be sure to submit a return request online or contact us before returning.
- Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning matches your return request. Do not include additional item(s) not listed.
4. Exchange policy
- CRAFT offers an exchange service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchanging is easy. Please note that exchanges must be authorized. Any exchange request not authorized by Customer Service will not be accepted. Please Contact Us before making an exchange. Please note that after submitting an exchange request, the return eligibility of the exchanged item will expire and no further returns can be made!
5. Order Cancellation
- Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already shipped.
-Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
- Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the product tag back to our return center. Once the returned parcel reaches the return center, the refund will be issued to your Wallet or the original payment account (or other refund methods) as per your request in 3 to 7 business days.
Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
